Chicago, IL, April 3, 2017 – Axsium Group, a leading global workforce management (WFM) consulting practice, today announced its second annual North American conference dedicated to connecting retail and hospitality workforce management professionals with their peers to share best practices in an intimate, executive setting. The Axsium WFM Forum is the only event of its kind, allowing business leaders to come together to learn and discuss the issues they face related to their workforces.
Through workshops, panel discussions, presentations and networking, attendees are encouraged to share their WFM experiences and learn from each other. The event will take place in Chicago, IL on April 25-26, 2018, and comes on the heels of Axsium’s Sixth Annual UK WFM Forum recently held in Milton Keynes.
The agenda is driven by current trends in the industry and highlighted with unique case studies told by retailers and hospitality professionals in their own words. Speakers from some of the world’s largest retail brands will cover topics, including:
- Ways to improve the employee experience
- The new face of the digital workplace
- The right ways to improve productivity and update labor standards
- Keys to successful WFM system implementations
“The Axsium WFM Forum brings together people that are responsible for WFM at their organizations for two days of learning and networking. Though their brands and offerings differ, the issues they face when it comes to their workforces are very much the same,” said Bob Clements, President at Axsium Group.
“Our Forum is unique. Industry trade shows do not cover WFM and instead focus exclusively on the WFM vendors. This forum is the only vendor-neutral event that allows attendees to focus entirely on WFM without a sales-heavy bias.”
