Axsium Group Spins Off from Knightsbridge, Operates Independently
Toronto, ON – Mar. 11, 2015 — Axsium Group today announced it will spin off from Knightsbridge Human Capital Solutions as Axsium Group Ltd. effective March 31, 2015. It comes in conjunction with the announcement of the planned acquisition of Knightsbridge by Adecco Group of Switzerland, the parent company of Lee Hecht Harrison. Following the spinoff and the Knightsbridge acquisition, Axsium will operate as an independent, stand-alone organization.
Axsium’s current leadership structure will remain in place including CEO Paul Tucker and Senior Vice Presidents Bob Clements, David Honicky and Johannes Tjiang. Axsium will be privately held, owned by the previous Knightsbridge shareholders.
