Toronto, ON, Sept 19, 2018 Axsium Group, the leading global workforce management (WFM) consulting practice, today announced its first Virtual WFM Forum, the industry’s only event of its kind. The Virtual Forum will bring retail and hospitality WFM professionals and Axsium experts together online to share forecasting best practices and other valuable WFM-related information. Over the last six years, Axsium has hosted the industry’s only vendor-neutral WFM Forum in both North America and the United Kingdom. In addition to our on-site events, our Virtual Forum brings beneficial WFM insights to a wider audience with a particular focus on the importance of a solid forecasting strategy.
