And we have great news! We’ve migrated Studia to the latest progressive web app (PWA) technology, making it more accessible, streamlined, and user-friendly than ever before.
Perform Your Labor Studies Everywhere
Let’s start with accessibility. Previously, users had to download different versions of Studia for iOS and Android devices. Now, you can access the app from any device and on any modern browser. And your Studia admins can now directly manage their users’ access to the app with our new OPS Axcess portal. That’s right—just-in-time onboarding for observers is now a reality, giving our customers the ability to rapidly spin up studies within hours.
Studia—Faster Than Ever
Speaking of speed, the new Studia app will make labor study management more streamlined than ever. Previously, the native app required a manual process to distribute labor studies to each observer’s device. That is now a thing of the past. The new Studia automatically syncs study templates through the cloud, ensuring that everyone out in the field is always using the latest version. Once studies are completed, results automatically sync back to the cloud, effectively closing the data loop without any manual effort.
Streamlined Labor Studies For All
But we’d be remiss if we didn’t use this update to refine the user experience. With the new Studia, users will benefit from an even more intuitive user interface. You will need fewer clicks to conduct labor studies and less required steps to make any edits. You can either navigate back within your study-in-progress or wait until the study is finalized and revisit results from the comfort of your home office.
The Results You Need Delivered in Real Time
Finally—and arguably most importantly—are the results. Evaluating employee utilizations, assessing your customer service, or building labor standards for fluid tasks? Analyzing queue lengths and times or measuring the impact of new technology or process changes? Studia now delivers all this in real-time.
Once you’ve finalized an individual labor study, Studia automatically syncs the data to the cloud and collates it with all other observer results for that study. From there, you can download everything or a filtered subset of results to perform rich and impactful analyses to understand and improve your business.
