Job Description

As an Associate Consultant within the Managed Services team, you will have a wide range of responsibilities with a focus on ensuring the sound development and implementation of Workforce Management software solutions, both custom and packaged. You will be integral in the design, build and test phases of the Axsium implementation life cycle and ongoing support.  


Project Delivery

  • Provide custom development for the implementation of Enterprise Workforce Management Solutions
  • Develop custom technical solutions to enhance client systems integration with packaged software
  • Trusted Advisor on solutioning, guiding, and counselling to clients
  • Proactively address issues that arise during development and testing
  • Become familiar with the products and architecture of current WFM vendor offerings
  • Ensure technical and functional solutions confirm to current industry standards as well as to Axsium internal guidelines and standards
  • Timely and accurate documentation of deliverables
  • Develop trusted advisor relationship with clients

Internal Culture and Administration

  • Ambassador for Axsium culture – presentation, commitment, integrity
  • Timely and accurate submission of Time and Expense Reports
  • Proactively provide notification of availability
  • Share knowledge across Axsium via use of ASK, etc.
  • Ensure timely delivery of all project documentation and other deliverables


  • Must have experience  with Infor (Workbrain) and or Kronos
  • Must have a minimum of three years consulting experience
  • Strong customer service and relationship building skills
  • Confident communication both written and spoken skills
  • Strong relational database experience (Oracle, SQL Server) including stored procedures and development (PL/SQL), and writing queries
  • Experience in developing applications with Java based technologies (JavaScript, Java, JSP) or similar language
  • Demonstrated strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting capabilities 
  • Must be willing to support clients off hours
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work both independently and within a team environment effectively
  • Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or Engineering with special consideration for Business degree or specialized courses
